Repair Returns
If you have any faulty or repair items to send into Lasertrack, they must be accompanied by a valid returns (RMA) number.
The form below is designed to allow you to make an on-line request for an RMA number.
You need to start by filling in details about yourself and then click on the "Continue" button to provide details about the faulty items.
Note:
- Items sent into Lasertrack will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- For non-account customers, payment will be due prior to the return of repaired units.
- Carriage will be charged for the return of refused estimates or unrepaired units.
